I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The communal bathrooms were super clean, and the bed was beyond comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to help. The location was perfect for my needs, close to restaurants and shops. The included dining was a great value, especially being close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel offers tiny rooms with shared facilities on the ground floor. Even though they offer to pay extra for a larger room, my room was very nice and clean with a good view. There are some major retailers nearby, and for those craving the Colonel's chicken, there's a KFC just over the road.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way for us. They were available to take our concerns to even when we left in the morning, and also accommodated my request to keep my luggage in the hotel for a few more hours before I went to the airport.

The location is great, close to everything we wanted. It's within walking distance to UTAS Newham campus and gives discounts at the restaurant. However, it's next to the stairwell and the top floor entry door which closes loudly on a gas arm.
